How to send a proposal in Rook Dots
Send a clean proposal to a client in under two minutes.

Open Proposals
From the workspace sidebar, open Proposals and press New Proposal.

Pick a client
Select an existing client or create one inline.

Add line items
Name, description, quantity, price. Each line flows into the total.

Pick currency and payment terms
Choose one of ten currencies and one of six payment terms.

Send
Press Send. The proposal moves to the Sent state and shows on the client card.
