Projects

The work you ship, in a single honest view.

Every project carries a client, a budget, a status, a priority, and the people doing the work. Status changes feel like weather, not paperwork.

Six status

Planning. In progress. Review. Completed. On hold. Cancelled.

Status is not admin. It is a way to communicate with the whole team, without words.

Grid view. Table view. Drill down.

See every project on one page. Click in and you get the client, the budget, the timeline, and every file and invoice attached.

Budget per project.

Ten currencies. One global view, priced in your home currency.

Start and due dates.

The calendar that matters, right on the card.

Four priorities.

Low, medium, high, urgent. A quiet order, not a siren.

Progress bars, natural.

Not a fake percentage. A reflection of status.

Work and people

Assign the people who should know.

Projects live with clients. Clients live with your team. The right people are the ones already in the room.

  • Assign one or many team members
  • Permissions follow the role
  • Everyone sees the same status
  • Handoffs leave a trail

Why teams stay

Because status stops being theatre.

Tied to every thread

Files, invoices, proposals, meetings. A project collects them all.

Made for teams, gentle for solo

Invite one person, or twenty. The surface never grows noisy.

Time lives on the project

Start date, due date, completion. A record of how the work moved.

The project page is the only tab I need open. It knows the budget, the client, the files, and the next step.

Common questions

Answers, short.

Can a project live without a client?

+

Yes. Internal projects are welcome. The client field is optional.

How do budgets work?

+

Pick a currency, enter a number. Proposals and invoices linked to the project roll up against it.

Do you have a Gantt view?

+

Not yet. We chose to ship the views that get used every day first. Gantt and timeline are on the roadmap.

Ship the work. Keep the record.
